An important piece of furniture for your home.

 

Believe it or not one of the most versatile pieces of furniture is often overlooked. The sofa table is a wonderful piece of furniture to purchase for your home. It can be used for so many purposes, and its size is such that all homes can accommodate it. They come in many differed designs and finishes. You can get great style, or great storage, or in some cases both. The following are suggestions for the sofa table’s use:

• It is great to use in an entry area for either an anchor for some family photos or special painting. It is also handy for putting the daily mail on or your keys, gloves, etc.

• It is great for an upstairs hallway to use as a decorative piece with some special display pieces on or above it, or both.

• It is great behind a sofa or loveseat for putting lamps on or decorative pieces. It can define a space in an open floor plan. It can anchor a furniture piece placed away from a wall.

• It is great for behind two sitting chairs if you need to accommodate more than just a lamp.

• It is a great piece for in a dining area, especially if your area is small and you can’t accommodate a buffet. There are many designs with cabinets and shelving, and some even have glass doors for a more formal effect.

• It is a great piece at the end of a bed. It can be used to keep quilts or blankets in and be decorative at the same time.
